I love this guy! I just discovered him myself, as my current final assignment for my creative writing class is to do a book report on a contemp writer...and saunders was suggested to me by my prof. I love his stuff...what a genius with a pen! :)

I had the pleasure of taking two classes at Syracuse with this man. I even changed majors to take those classes. After I graduated, and was teaching American Lit at a High School in LA, he did a telephone interview with my students in the school library. It took him about half a second to agree to it. He is really a class act. A totally nice guy. He taught and spoke to everyone exactly the way he is in this video, as a nice guy.
