that is actually the north dam of 3 dams that are right there.. the middle one is not accessible it is the hydro electric one in the middle of the island to the right of this shot. The 3rd dam known as the south dam is accessible from the park on the other side of the river (Q'emiln Park) it is a lot smaller dam and is normally only opened when they need to release A LOT of water (like spring run-off) by using all 3 dams. **use google maps to see where it is**
