Opera button > Settings > Preferences > General tab > Startup option
From a list select "Continue from last time" or select "Show start-up dialog" which will ask you how to open Opera (eg. open speed dial, or open homepage, or continue from last time...)
Opera button > Tabs and Windows > Sessions > Save this session. This will save all your opened tabs which you can later open all at once going: Opera button > Tabs and Windows > Sessions > Name of your session, or select name of your saved session from start-up dialog. ;)
