this defense has saved me many times.... i dont know why this guy is bothering getting privates when he is still a white belt, and from the looks of it a very new white belt. at his level of experience i think he would gain just as much from getting privates from a GOOD blue or purple.

come on mate... go to a normal bjj class as in a priv classes u will NOT learn how to fight... you have to FIGHT to learn how to fight and do sparring with different guys...

@marekmaxpabianice Relax dude..of course sparring is important but you need to drill technique and let those higher belts analyze your game and tell you what you can do to improve. They haven't gotten to black belt level for nothing, and taking a private lesson certainly does not deprive you of any fight experience; it gives you tools to work with later. If you spent all your time rolling without drilling and practicing technique where would you really be?
