Currently having trouble getting this from a certain seller on Play.com. I've already parted with my money, and I'm STILL waiting on its delivery. I'm now growing terribly concerned because a lot of their recent feedback consists of disappointment from people who have ordered limited edition sets from them but received regular non-limited ones. I hope this won't be me. :(

@jellysheep :( That's not good. I really really hope you get this set ok. If it's not the set you're after though, you're covered by Play. So just get in touch with them and you should get your money back. Still! It's not the point is it? When you order something you should get what you are paying for! I hate these shoddy scamming sellers. I have my fingers crossed for you they this seller is honest and you are happy on delivery of Xena :D Please let me know if it worked out? Thanks!

Just as I feared, they emailed me today to say that they've sent out the Ultimate Edition (NOT this Limited Collector's Editionwhich I paid for), effectively sending me a cheaper, less valuable set for the same extortionate price I'd paid for this one. To say I'm annoyed is an understatement! They are still listing the edition I paid for as being in stock, to dupe more people. I'd like to forewarn your viewers about buying this set from a seller called 'quantumblack'.

they reshowing this in the UK on horro channel on sky! i am watching it again but i sure love to have the whole series on DVD i cant never get bored watching this or hercules

@0oblto0 I have all the seasons of Herc as well (region 1 though, the UK off course only got half a first season :/). Same though. I never get bored of Xena or Herc. Great telly! Oh and I have the R1 (anchor bay version) of season 6 for the director's cut of the final episode. Thanks for the comment and enjoy watching Xena again :D Top stuff!

@jhonycolombian It's very out of print, so your best bet is ebay/amazon marketplace or along those lines. There's some crazy prices for this (£549.99 on amazon ??? LOL) but I'm sure you could get it for around £100 UK price or less. Finding a mint copy on the other hand might not be as easy (or cheap)

I agree, pure entertainment and I like how it goes from serious matter to really goofy episodes and there is a lot of variety and great characters.

Mmm nice set,bought the region 1 dvds about 3 years ago,the commentarys are wonderful...also I love all the deleated scenes too very intresting........hope you find yourself the region one set soon..........amazon usa is very good try them..........oohhh and sorry to make you jealous but meet Hudson.........shes crazy as a fox but a lovely lady!!!!!!!!

I'm such a Hudson fan that I even got Primal for the Ps2 years ago, I love her voice as well :-D It was nice to see her in Tru Calling, but I think that's the last time I saw her in anything. She needs to do more! And on a jealous scale from 1-10 on you meeting her? "This Is Spinal Tap" lol!

This was the first of this book like design that I had seen. I'm surprised more of these sets have not been done because they are very sturdy and you can look through them without fear of them falling to bits. The Red Dwarf set I have is not as good quality though and it's a lot harder to open the pages on that one.

I'm sure you'll find it cheap. I've seen some really crazy prices for this at around £600, but it's no way in a million years worth anyplace near that. Maybe £60 or so if you can would be a fair price.

It's a fun show and has it's dark moments as well.

It sure is not for everybody, but those who 'get it' love it.
