remember before nikola had to get this blood and make a potion and inject it into people to turn them and even then they where likely to die.

a queen can just bite people and pop them out like babies.

@206457 So far, we have only seen vampirism to be transmitted by genetic alternation, like injection of a Source blood serum & Nikola's experiment in 2x10 "Sleepers" (A bite did not transmit vampirism). In this case, from what is shown, he was simply just bitten. Though, the bite could have just reawakened the vampire genes he already had. (I deduced the de-vamper didn't rip out those genes, just altered them)
