Fantastic! I was at this race as a wide eyed 14 year old. My first and only sight of the magnificent Group C monsters, and I haven't forgotten about it since. It was like an unrequited love. I thought I'd never see any footage of this re surface. Great memories- the amazing Bellof, the under-rated aussie legend Schuppan, and the great Jack Brabham driving in a real competition. @tundakov true, but all the pictures at the beginning are of Sydney which is nowhere near Sandown, that's in Melbourne!
Great to see the 'international-length' Sandown track... that's since been dug up and the back straight now just goes straight through. sad.
