if thats your definition of out of tune then every synth with oscillators that are detuned against each other to provide thickness is out of tune...which is a shit ton in EDM.
True it might be a slightly similar bassline, but at the same time it is a TOTALLY different sound. Both great tracks, but the bassline on this track is unreal....
