People prolly run u and smoke u and then they claim they can beat a 5.0. You got a v6, be proud of that, other than that don't try and change shit cuz what really counts is what's under the hood. I have a 2011 5.0 if your wondering.

I bought a 2010 black stang premium package 4 days ago and it gets a lot of looks. But I am sad that 2011 is 100 more hp :( But I love the car and will get the dual exhaust in the future....its way better than all the BMW cars driven here in CA... has more options than my co-worker's brand new beemer.

Yes I did its very easy to do takes less than 30 mins and uses a sharpie a piece of paper a measuring tape and some type of hacksaw/sabersaw with an all purpose blade

dcl97, you are incorrect. the 3 valve 4.6 is an overhead cam motor not a pushrod motor. the last year for a v8 pushrod motor in a mustang was 95. from 96-04 the GT was a 2 valve OHC 4.6 and from 2005 on they use the 3 valve OHC 4.6.

I don't what that guy was thinking, saying a GT only cost an extra $3,000. BULLSHIT. Try $6,000. Nice Exhaust. I just bought the same exact model you have and I'm loving every minute of it. About to get 5% tint on it and get an exhaust. I like the sound of yours but the Borlas sound pretty bad ass on them as well. Let me know what you think.

I do have to say, exhaust sounds nice, and looks good, but it defeats the purpose of having an exhaust if your rocking a V6, if you wanted a loud exhaust and a powerful pony, just spend the extra 3k and get the GT model

Except they are a complete rip off, the same V-8 is a $1,400 option on the F-150. They are charging an extra 6k for a low tech pushrod V-8 that only makes 315hp, and is actually less expensive to manufacture than most of their V6s. Now the new 5.0L in the 2011 is actually a decent engine.

Actually, the reason they made it is to continue the legacy of the Mustang ever since it was made: an affordable, fun car that anybody can afford. Keep in mind that even back in the 1960's, the stock engine was a 200 ci inline 6 that didn't make much over 150 horsepower. You don't need a lot of money, or a lot of power for that matter, to have fun.
