Profiting from others misfortune, as long as you make money who cares right? So what's it like being a scavenger? Obviously it's fun spending the money you've earned from taking advantage of other people's broken dreams. Why should the banks work with the home owner because they got laid off or had some other financial calamity when a vulture can come in and buy it for even less than what they owed? I'm speaking strictly about foreclosures.
