  • Hi I think your demonstration is great, but you refer to Hummus as a "Greek chickpea sesame dip". The word "Hummus" is an Arabic word meaning chickpea. In the Middle East where this dish originated, it is called "Hummus be tahine". Keep up the good work.:-)
