science doest prove we have a god. science proves that macromolecular interaction has led to the formation of life. i am christian however i know that there is a scientific meaning as to why we are here so smittymanx dont try to say that just bc some put god as the reasoning for our existance is why we are here

(Continued) why we haven't ever had a encounter with those civilizations in the billions of years, seen evidence of them or even seen traces of them left behind in our solar system. There may be bacterial life but I doubt that civilizations exist in our galaxy atleast, though I am open to new discoveries.

@thetraceur123 human recorded history dates back only about 5000 years. If you are to believe evolution, our earliest ancestors lived approx 4 million years ago. Modern humans, only about 200000 yrs ago. In cosmic time scales that is nothing. If intelligent life really did exist there would be no logical consensus to visit us. Like Dr. Kaku said, it would be like us compared to ants. I would like to think positive that there is life, even intelligent, out there.

I am a Christian, and am very interested in Science, I don't know of there is any life out there in the Universe, you can for example look at Drakes equation in a pessimistic mindset and come to the conclusion that life in the Milkyway galaxy is very improbable, and that life here on earth in our galaxy shouldn't even had happened due to the odds against life. But if you look at the equation with a optimistic mindset there would be thousands of civilizations in our galaxy, but then you could ask

@beswick1111 There is good reasoning for believing that creatures and solar bodies / stars ect are designed .. But the problem is the singularity theory.. 1 atom can turn into a nuclear explosion 1 sperm cell can turn into Human Being ... For some reason while the atoms are turning into complicated structures there are Black holes eating them all up , one day every speck of dust will be locked inside a Supermassive Black hole and then comes another 'Big Bang' It is a cycle , madness..
