There wasn't a dry eye when SCC talked about the loss of Maria. I enjoyed this concert so much. Wasn't the sunset gorgeous?!

The sunset across the mountain was awesome. It was funny because everyone started taking pictures of the sunset during the concert and Steven stopped the show and said, "OK everyone I give you permission to go ahead and take a picture of the sunset before it is gone."

:) It was funny! My daughter just got married.. and we had a singer perform "I will be Here". Not a dry eye in the church... You can see some videos from the wedding here on YT. Just search under my user name. I can't wait for SCC to come back to WNC!

Yes. I couldn't believe how well the audio turned out on this song and "Cinderella" which has also been posted out here. I had a hard time using my Kodak Z712 IS digital camera. I wasn't going to record but my little girl wanted a few songs to remember. Getting the zoom lens to focus properly and adjust to the lighting was difficult but the sound really turned out much better than I anticipated. Steven Curtis Chapman does a great live show.

I recorded this live on 8/1/08 in Asheville, NC at the outdoor stage of the Biltmore Mansion. This was a great concert and a look at a man who has been admired by the Christian music community for a long time. It was interesting to hear about his recent family loss and how they have all tried to cope with it through their faith in God. A wonderfully moving concert. I'm glad that I was able to make the hour and half drive with my 12 year old daughter to see the concert.
