I am assuming you would want to Partition California. Maybe we get the Coast from L.A. to San Fransisco I'd like to include Napa in what we keep. You guys could have the Salton Sea and Bakersfield. Maybe we could get you guys to take Orange County. (It's Pretty much all Republican) but that won't matter. By the Way, I would put the new Southern Capitol in Myrtle Beach. It would make a great tourist spot.

All 50 need to secede on the same day and rejoin under a new constitution, the separate and equal station is the united states, not just the south and all the states have problems...all of them. We all need to secede... but not form a new union of all the States. Personally, I don't want to be in a union with California, New York or Massachusetts. We in the South have a distinct culture, history and all the rest. I think we need our own union - perhaps joined with the Rocky Mt States but definitely not all the States.
Either way it is more war, more taxes, more debt and less freedom. We have an oligarchy in this country. You're right in a sense. It is up to the family to raise a child. But unless you want to withdraw from society altogether your children will still take in so much trash. That is IF the government lets you withdraw. What is happening in Canada will soon happen here. Meaning just teaching your child right and wrong will be a hate crime.

We call it an empire because that is what it is. Communist China under Mao (or currently for that matter) isn't an empire. China under Mao was a totalitarian state. China tyranises its own people and not other countries. It is the US that invades other countries killing hundreds of thousands or props up its puppets in other countries. It is the US that has troops and bases all over the world. As to having a choice of President, what a hoot. There is little substantial difference.

Ironic that our government who call themselves conservative advocates the acceptance of other cultures/diversity while at the same time systematically destroying anything that resembles traditional conservative values. Southerners have to accomodate these "outsiders" who have no interest in assimilation. I knew Huckabee was a piece of crap from the start. Our republic is gone. Secession is in order.
