As a Muslim, seeing some of the comments by Muslims in this thread is reprehensible. We have to accept free speech as a tenet of modern life. My right to free speech isn't trumped by your right not to be offended. That being said, there's a difference between criticism and hate speech.
2nd, it kills me that people always complain that moderate Muslims don't exist and here we have someone speaking moderately and he's being condemned as a hypocrite. I think the real hypocrisy is clear.

Why should Geert Wilders apologize for saying anything? No one has the right not to be offended.
Maybe if the Muslim communities in the EU and USA spent more time tackling REAL human rights abuses in Saudi Arabia and Iran (which are costing people their lives, rather than just hurting their feelings), then movies like the one Geert Wilders made, would not happen.

Personally i think your right to offend, far out weighs my right not to be offended. That goes for Muslims reading unsavory passages from the Koran, and for Geert Wilders and his movie.
The only limit should be, when someone directly incites people to commit violence.
