uh, yeah, no he didn't ... the way he spelled it, "Offence", is used in the context of someone who broke the law, like "You are charged with the Offence of being a noob", or "Your ignorance should be a criminal Offence" Any other context it's spelled Offense. You may want to go back to school, just a suggestion.
