  • Yup me too I got 180 grain waiting if your an un welcomed visitor! I just don't get how this guy gets off saying people of color will suffer because of a castle doctrine!?if someone breaks into your house they deserve to be shot! It's like this guy is saying he dosnt want all his homies who break into houses to get hurt. Give me a break!!

  • i never needed a house approved bill to be able to protect myself and my family from who ever wanted to hurt one of us, but..it's about time this got passed, we can all sleep easier now, and watch the crime rate drop after this is actully used a few times and the criminals get the message, i saw a poll yesterday the said 91% of pennsylvanian's agreed with this bill, GOOD JOB PA...

  • @dieseled3 Same here, I would take prison as opposed to my family being harmed, especially if I could stop it. This is a +1 for the good citizens of the state of PA. There would have to be CRAZY things happening in my yard for me to use it there, but as far as someone in my house, game over. Its always been that way, but now it protects us, and not the scumbag criminals. Its a good for all communities, and may just drop home invasions and burglaries.

  • I could not agree more with so many people,, passing I would say hi how are you, and on they go on like I was not there. I guess we could give a medical name to it>myheadstuffinmyass<

  • Best thing they ever did was pass this law.

  • Viva Texas !! Viva PA ! stay safe

  • One person said people of color will pay for this act of cowardess.... So are you saying only people of color will be killed because they are the only ones who will break into your house?think before you talk dumbass !!

  • @Patmclean232 yeah color has nothing to do with it. black white brown or purple if your in my house your leaving a few ounces heavier !!!

  • If you dont threaten anyone or make clear your intent to seriously hurt or harm them within their own premises, commit arson or burglary, then you will be completely fine.

Dont let far lefty, tree hugger, pussy cunts prevent you from defending your home with required force because you might be threatening the perpetrators 'human civil rights'.

  • i agree finally pa have the right to defend your home and family i had a 2 people the broke into my home and stole 2e if this happen agian of my guns this is why i am glad that now when this happens again i know i have the right to use deadly force now i am ccw and also part of the nra this happen before the law was past now i can rest at easy now the law protect me if this happen agian

  • 1:29 "And yes it is loaded because that's how this yinzer? rolls.." LOL thumbs up, beautiful Springfield.

  • Did the Pa castle doctrine pass? I'm kind of curious since I'm moving to Exton soon.

  • @mossberg73 Yes it becomes law Aug. 29th. IANAL

  • Rightwing gun nut pigs make me sick. Genocide will be in the streets and people of color will pay for this act of cowardice.

  • What a bunch of rightwing maniacs. Guns kill children and innocent minorities and should be banned !!!!

  • @SEIUMAN Go back to Soviet Russia dude, no one cares about anything you say.

  • Glad I live in Texas. Home of the strongest castle doctrine in the country!

  • States that have passed such bills have seen a drop in home invasions and violent assaults. States that haven't have seen an increase since the passing of those laws in those states that have passed it. Interesting, isn't it.

  • fuck yeah!!

  • We've had the Castle Doctrine law here in MO since 2007, I believe. Thank God I live in a gun friendly state. There are WAY to many jackasses running around these days.

  • Folks have talked about it before, but the "Wild West" actually had a gun ban. No one but the Sheriff and deputies, perhaps other government officials, was allowed to actually carry a firearm, I think. Likely, owning one in your house or business was fine. But nevertheless, most people had 'em, 'cause they're not stupid! Some of the most notorious criminals and gangs of the era running around, only a fool would refuse a loaded firearm.

Hope that gets passed in your State, you need it!

  • people who thin that giving someone the right to defend themselves in their own home without the fear or repercussion is going to make people more violent don't know the laws of nature, seriously.

  • Hopefully they get this bill passed in your area. We have had it in Missouri for awhile. It is ass backwards when the criminal has more rights than the victim. Its time to quit being victims.

  • You are not alone in your thinking . thank you. Pocono Gun Supplies

  • hope he does sign it. no body should be able to tell you cant defend urself where ever you are. thats just not right. is say if he said he would sign it and he dont then he should not just be out of a job he should be out a life too. it may sound harsh but its not something you play around with peoples defence. just my little ramble. nice springfield

  • congrats we got it in indiana

  • Great Video. In my youth I was a very defensive person. Especially when my family was involved. Since I became a CHL my wife and I have noticed that incidents that would normally get some kind of aggressive response from me, I am now more patient and thoughtful of avoiding bad situations. God forbid I ever have to shoot someone, but if I can avoid bad situations the better. That said, I am not afraid to defend myself or loved ones. I believe having a CHL has calmed my wild side along with age.

  • @TacticalPhotog I totally agree with your thoughts. I feel getting my CCW permit tamed me as well. How's it go? An armed society is a polite society.

  • I can't believe the gun fearing wussies can still get away with their "wild west" argument crap when so many states have castle doctrines and shall issue laws and crime drops every time. The 2nd amendment works every time it's tried.

  • Where I live (West Virginia) we have the Castle Doctrine and it is certainly NOT the wild wild west everyone says it will be but crime decreases a good deal. Hope you guys get it passed. Be safe out there.

  • What is up!!! Congrats on the Castle Doctrine!!! Great video my friend!

  • Amen brother!

  • Yea man the Castle Doctrine certainly makes everyone sleep better at night, I hope it does get signed in PA. Here in KY the doctrine actually extends to your vehicle as well. We've had a situation already where this guy shot & killed an ex football player when he tried to pull him out of his car after a fight. No charges were filed cuz of the doctrine, but like you said man if more people would just use common sense we would have to worry about the bad seeds

  • Castle D in Indiana since 06--no wild west that I know of--hope it passes for you.

  • You tell them brother. in total agreement

  • Im pretty sure kansas has this in effect.

  • they need to fire arlin spector...

  • wes got it here in IN hope all states come to there senses

  • thanks for keeping us informed. I hate the newspapers, so I get my news from you.

  • Thumbs up..

  • why I live in TX

  • fuck maybe i will move to PA, we need to get carolyn mccarthy the hell out of NY and get someone in here that will pass this in NY... fuck HR308 and every other anti gun politician, and hey they take the 50 cent lol 45 will do it but at for the sake of argument drop one in the head and make sure, no one is getting up from that

  • I live in Ohio, And yes we have the Castle Doctrine.

  • The Castle doctrine was pasted here in Ohio for the past year and some.

And no wild west shoot outs and the garbage on the streets got the message that a lot of Ohioans are carrying now. It seems the slime are just attacking each other now, which is OK with me.

  • Kill 'em dead and only the family can sue you. If someone attacks me I will shoot to kill screw leaving a breathing, living criminal. We have the Castle Doctrine.

  • good video marbles keep up the good work

  • Wyoming will have it as of July first. It was passed and signed this past legislative session.

  • Great vid bro hopefully they pass that that law in your state, I lived here in california and we have a pretty good castle doctrine but I hope they will copy your P.A lawwhich it extends your right of self defense without having any fear of getting sued by the family of the dumbass who tried to hurt you and your family, Sexy looking SA loaded.

  • I don't carry a gun but... i carry a knife and like you i keep my head up an i try to be aware of the situation around me. Great video man. We have rights and we god damn deserve to use them :).

  • I hear that brother... Freedom!!!

  • Oregon is working on it, but being a blue state and our Goveneor is a Democrate. It's meeting a lot of resistance.

  • 2:20 "I don't go out much. I can't stand people, I freakin hate 'em..." LMFAO!

I think they know that gangs are going to break out soon like in NJ...

  • Please pass, please pass, please pass....

  • Holy shit. I was about to give up hope on PA.

  • what do you think about Santorum?

  • Boy oh boy, I fuckin hate new jersey more and more every day. Why, why, why can't new jersey see what is happening in this country!

  • If that passes there, could y'all annex New Jersey? I'm surprised that they haven't come to seize weapons yet. We could call it East Pennsylvania, or No We Aren't A Libtard State Anymore.

  • Texas has it to !

  • Comment removed

  • Fla has it and just passed the open carry into law .

  • i live in the good ol state of Kentucky! no castle doctrine here we have the stand-your-ground law!

  • I'm with you %100. I wish we had the "king of the castle" law. We have no rights when it comes to that. If someone kicks my door in and wants to take shit, I have to watch them and call the police. And my PD closes at 4:30pm... Or I can run away, while they take everything. Thanks

  • We're working on NC. I hope your rep. does their job. Great video Mr. Marbles.

  • @shootcentermass So funny some of the articles they have. One article states that a man shot a 15 year old car thief in the leg while the thief was running away. That incident alone may have saved the life of an innocent person the next time this car thief tries to steal another car.

  • Score one for PA.

    -TEW

  • I'm in Philly and this is needed in this suckie city.

  • I wish all states had this! Im in the commie state of California, where anything related to guns is frowned upon. I wish I can leave but I got my kids out here.... Oh well if need be I'm shooting any intruder deemed to be a threat!

  • @gmako74 'Shoot first, and we'll discuss it with the jury later' - so very true. I forget who said that, but it is a very good point.

  • @gmako74 actually CA does have the Castle Doctrine with the exception that it cannot be used in the case of burglaries.

  • It's only right!! C'mon

  • hopin it passes as well man.. just waiting.. i have been waiting for this for years now.. one step at a time

  • congrats brother glad to see you guys can protect yourself and your families... shit we dont even have the right to carry in my fucked up state... i hope it passes soon... illinois is a shit hole and chicago is the head of the fucking problem...

  • Great vid i never heard of this im going to look more into this thanks

  • Congrats..I live in TX and We have this law..it make u worry less knowing u are protect by the law! LOL...they pull a 50cent and take nine...lol..funny..i always thought that was dumb that the crook could sue u for shooting him for breaking in your house! But it wont be the wild wild west, in tx we dont run in to 2 many problems. Great vid

  • NC is also in the midst of the Castle Doctrine debate. Unfortunately, Bev Perdue is our useless governor at this point in time.

  • The castle doctrine has been in Florida for well over 3 years and there has not been a rash of shootings due to this being passed, but the home invasion incidents have dropped dramatically.

  • @chanderson1 did you get my pm?

  • @Lookinformemarbles No, I didnt

  • @chanderson1 Agree. There's more mis-information on their side and the people who fall for it have no idea what they're supporting.

  • @chanderson1 The Criminals don't want to be killed? SURPRISE ! SURPRISE ! SURPRISE !

  • Sweet man we got that in texas I can look through my scope at 600yrds and see someone on my property and ruin their day lol man hope it passes bro.

  • Sheep! All those people need to realize that if you carry you may help more people than just yourself. I think the more people that carry the better... good people with guns will make the bad people be a little more polite. People that don't have guns don't realize that the bad guys will still have guns regardless of any anti gun laws. These people already don't care about the law and so they commit crimes and the government telling them they can't have them makes them laugh.

  • Self Defense/Self Preservation is a LAW OF NATURE, given to us by GOD! ANY man that thinks they can deny law abiding people these LAWS OF NATURE, like that phlegm throated, JACKASS Ed Rendell, should be ARRESTED for accessory & crimes against humanity.

Research Gun Town USA, where crime went to almost ZERO after everyone was encouraged to own a gun! THAT is another law of nature, more good, law abiding Citizens owning & carrying guns = less crime! Arrest Crooked politicians!!!!

  • Great video my friend, I have never been an advocate of retreat or turn in run in the event of a threat. Thats a good way to catch a round in the back. If it gets to the point where you are in fear for your life from an armed suspect, he is fair game and it will be one less bad guy the tax payers have to support

  • Congratulations. IMO PA. is taking a step in the right direction.

  • when the shit does go down, I am more inclined to look around and if nobody call the cops, neither I am. I drag out the tarp and dump the fuck in the ravine rather than try to convince somebody with an agenda, that I had to defend my life and limb from a home invader.

bad enough you have to live with the memory, but to get wiped out financially and sued by the state, defending the illegal alien who probably would have gone on to rape and murder, is unjustifiable.

A dead man tells no tales.

  • We got that goin on here in MO. On my property, I can shoot your ass. I can even be drinking beer on my own property and packing a gun. Not that I would, but I could.

  • Good luck with that law. It certainly changes the playing field. In this state, you come on my property to do harm, you're dead. Same holds true for my vehicle, it's an extension of my home.
