  • I bought mine from Aircraft Spruce and speciality co.

  • If you don't want to risk ruining anything... Soak a terry cloth in WD40 and press and hold it against the leftover gunk. Hold it for a few minutes and you should be able to rub it off with your finger, or lightly using your fingernail. No buffing required after. I did this when I debadged my tailgate. Of course its easier when you can take your tailgate off and lay it on a flat surface...

  • westcoast996 none of those you named are body shops those are parts stores check out a body shop most of them have it or something of the same quality.

  • i wish the 3m on my fenderflares would stick that good. the passenger front fender flare is half hanging off i think i need to buy new tape at autozone

  • Where cam i get one of these

  • Basically you want the earser to spin into the double tape your taking off so it can rip it off if you go against it it will push it down and remove it slowly,

Yes buffing is required after but very light, you might can get by with a quick cleaner wax depending on how hard you push the earser down.

  • Works alot better if you start on the front of the passenger side and on the driver side start at the rear. Looks like you started near the rear on the pass side thats why it didnt come off easy. You want the earser to spin counterclockwise. If you have it spinning clockwise start at the front of the driver side and rear of the pass side, Basically if its spinning to the left you want the double tape your removing to your left, If its spinning to the right have the double tape to the right of you

  • I needed that yesterday! I removed my window trim by hand! two hour removal time compared to this? Would have saved my fingers a lot of time yesterday! I'm gonna go look for this now too!

  • Great video, do you need wax or buff your vehicle after you remove pinstriping from your vehicle?

  • what are the name of those side step on you truck ? im looking for that but in ss steel.

  • @454541030 N-Fab Nerf Bars

  • WD-40 works great too spray it on there let it sit for a little bit and it wipes right off

  • good vid thanx

  • i used graffiti remover on mine, ddnt hurt the paint job either.

spray wait 5secs. wipe away with a rag.

  • Great video demo, thank you. When you finish is there a residue of glue that you need to remove with lacquer thinner?

Also, you are correct about not staying in one place too long because it will burn the paint.

  • these things work great, i actually got the eraser wheel by astro. i took everything off my trunk, it got rid of the residue from the badges also the dealer logo it also took a paint mark off my spoiler. i would recommend this to everyone

  • Is it easy to ruin your paint using this or is that not an issue if you use it right

  • Use medium speed and don't stay in any 1 spot , keep moving. You won't burn through if you stick with that! It's a great tool. I wish I found this years ago.

  • I had to get something called the "Super Stripe Stripper" from NAPA...it's the same thing, but they don't know what an "eraser wheel" is called there.

  • hwere did u buy this 3m eraser, i cant find it anywhere?

  • Check out your local Auto Body Shop Supply store. They should have it.

  • @westcoast996: Good luck with that, I've tried O'Reillys, Napa, AutoZone and PepBoys, and the responses I get are "We've never heard of such a thing, No compreda, have you tried Goop Begone?"Some times its in bad english. Look it up on ebay, thats how I got mine.
