Martin Campbell need to direct more Bond films. When people were unsure of how successful James Bond would be in the '90s he directed GoldenEye & made it amazing. When people were of unsure of Daniel Craig in Casino Royale, he directed that and damn it he made it work & it worked damn well. Both times when there were chances of James Bond losing popularity he saved the franchise. GoldenEye & Casino Royale are possibly the two BEST Bond films ever made. Thumbs up for more Martin Campbell films!!!

Such an awesome trailer, to a fan, someone who has seen this movie a million times. But to someone who hasnt seen the film and this seems like what the trailer was before the film was released, it completely gives away Trevalyans identity and contains multiple spoilers and the climaxes of the opening stunt amongst other action scenes.

This movie is just awesome, despite the fact that there is some overused movie cliches, the humor, comedic scenes, the person's face after he died by Xenia's legs, Borris thinking he is invincible, and the final battle between Alec and Bond make it up so much that pretty much, the cliches is nothing.

Sean Connery is great, but Pierce Brosnan is James Bond. He has the look, the style, the humour. Sean Bean, still the only actor I care about because he's an actor, not a Celebrity. He always has the rep of being able to adapt to any character described to him. Goldeneye is one of, if not, the best Bond movie of all time. The Daniel Craig movies are terrible in comparison, no jokes, no gadgets. I think Tarantino said it best, that if he did a Bond movie it would be with Brosnan, not Craig.

I always thought Daniel Craig was the better Bond, but in Goldeneye, Brosnan is definitely more Bond like and has the classic mannerisms down pat. An effortless charm, and doesn't try too hard, seems far more natural. Plus, Michael Campbell, after Ian Fleming, is the king of the Bond franchise.
