Funny. People expecting so much from the coffee maker. Who actually thought there was a little robot brewing your coffee? I don't want a little robot burning my hands.
I came here to check if this is actually a good product. I went to a store to buy one of those, as to my dismay, there were couple of brands next to each other.
My question is, which one is the best one? Tassimo or T-fal?
Man, I hate coffee, but I was gonna get it anyway just because I THOUGHT it really worked like a robot. Poor commercial people, they've lost so many potential customers...as in everyone who watched this video.
Am I the only one who watched this video to see if it was a robot like on the commercials. And its not too much to ask that it would have arms and hand u ur coffee. I mean we've got the technology. Let down!
@rsscarr You know what, I came to watch this video for the same thing. I thought for sure it was a robot coffeypot. I was gonna buy me one untill I seen what it actually does. Now Ill just keep going to the fast food places and get my coffey and Mochas.

The Tassimo would do the job, just but the hot chocolate T disc and you wanted the drink more creamy just add a T disc creamer to it. Perfect drinks every time
The Nabob Morning Blend packs I just bought were $5 for 14 discs - not only that, they make 12oz cups of coffee. At less than $0.37 each, I'd say thats more than reasonable, especially compared to $2+ a cup in-store. Even a pack of starbucks discs costs me a dollar or so more, so I don't know where you come off thinking its so expensive. When you factor in things like the value of convenience, lack of cleanup, etc. this thing pays for itself.
@handsomebassman I personally dislike the Breakfast Blen and prefer the Starbucks Verona. If all that is available is the Breakfast Blen, I cut the foil off a Maxwell House disc and use THAT barcode to brew the Breakfast Blend will. However this mothod doesn't yeild as much volume, but then again, it's stronger, less watered down.
yesterday i sell my "tassimo" and now i got enough money to order a real "Latte" in a coffe for the next 5 Years!99 Euro=50 Latte machiato. That taste sooo good!:)

if you do some research, the Tassimo Latte is what a real latte is supposed to be. I didn't like it orginally, until i visited some real coffee shops and ordered Lattes (no flavors!) and it tastes the exact same.
If you want a sweeter taste, add some of that coffee flavor stuff like caramel or french vanilla, add a shot to your latte and you'll love it :)
It is that noisy. I own one. I'm looking at buying a Keurig now. The other problem is that the drip tray won't fit travel mugs unless you take it out and use just the basic backsplash tray, which fills up with water and usually gets water under the mug. It's a poor design. It sucks because I do love the coffee maker on the whole, but the noise and mess is too much. Plus is costs more.
Holy crud! That machine is really loud!! My keurig machine is not as loud as that... O____o

How to use tassimo machine:
-Insert T-disc and allow water to heat.
-locate the coffee mug you already used
-give up looking for previously used mug, and get new mug.
-put mug into tassimo machine and open/close the lid again and do something else until the water reheats
-return to machine to reheat water, stick around this time
-push start button and walk away for a moment while your coffee pours
-return an hour later, remove mug from machine and place in microwave oven...

Best bet to find cheap T-Disc's are on eBay.
Most sellers offer global delivery.
I own one, get my refils from there.
