It would appear, after reading all the comment thus far, that there are many individuals who don't understand the developer-publisher relationship. SEGA did not make this game, Platinum Games did (though SEGA did assist).

As for it looking very much like Devil May Cry, seeing as it is directed by Hideki Kamiya, I wouldn't expect anything else. Also, I don't think you can technically call this game a rip-off of Devil May Cry if the creator of said series is involved. More like a clone really.
