And fiction at one point was considered frivolous and potentially dangerous to the soul; movies were once just pure entertainment with no deeper meaning or value. If these mediums and the perception of them had not evolved then we would not have classics like Hamlet or the Godfather. Comics aren't just for kids anymore; haven't been for a while. As for 'growing up', you apparently didn't read my previous statement.
One More Day was the worst thing to happen to Spider-Man since the Clone Wars arc. Minus the revamped Spidey suit Ben Reily wore (pure awesomeness) and the death of what the readers thought was aunt may. She went out with style. I would like to meet the guy at Marvel who approved magically dissolving MJ's and Peter's marriage to save the life of a character (Aunt May) who outlived her usefulness to the story years ago and punch him in the mouth.
Actually, that might be it. Someone carelessly mentions Gwen. Since her death depends on Norman knowing who Peter is it causes his mind to realise what has been done (painfully) At which point he tries to hunt down the GG (who hasn't the foggiest idea who spidey is).
When Spidey discovers what happened he remembers the deal with Mephisto and just what exactly it cost him.
He then gradually wins back MJ (guh romance) and when they are remarried Mephisto turns up, all pissed, reverts everything.
I find it complete b.s. the way Quesada and the others at Marvel played OMD I mean yes Aunt May is a good character, but come on man she's gotta be at least in her 90's now. It really just seems like a selfish, self centered play on Spiderman's part. And if they really wanted to bring Harry back why not do it in Secret Invasion and have him be the mastermind behind it all. Now that would have been a shocking ending.
I used to like Peter Parker before, but now I hate him! Such a selfish thing, contacting the Devil (or whatever he is) and changing the history just to save an old lady! Of course he loved her and so, but still...
hey man thanks for making this video , I loves the final scenes with peter and mj ( coll done that the music switches from u2 to darker tone when mephisto apears , and back to u2, i was crying wathcing that ).... but then a brand new day begins , a harry is back (yees)

They ruined the only comic I still found enjoyable as an adult.

Keep them together. The next thing you know they would probably bring back gwen stacy and put her with Peter to piss us off even more!

Of course they still remember everything after that too.
None of the events will have been really deleted, but everyone knows who spiderman is and he HAS TO DEAL WITH THE CONSEQUENCES OF THAT!

I hope so! I mean gwen is ok but MJ is for Peter

I feel that Gwen was the too good to stay option for Pete.
MJ is more of Spideys wife than Peters wife.
Gwen worked with Pete not spidey.
