There is only two things that I see here that Scott did wrong:

1) He took him out in the middle of traffic.

2) He tore up both cars.

If I were Scott, I'd of waited until the end of the race in Ricky's pit and pulled a KH leap and grab him by the firesuit and punch him square in the face.
