@saaab100 Islam does its best to brainwash people. The entire purpose was to create a system to control the arab people. Mohammad was a master at manipulation, and he knew that there is no better way to keep order than to cultivate religious zealots into thinking that they are serving God. Trace the roots of Islam and you will find that it originated from a pagan Babylonian religion of the Moon god (ergo the crescent moon symbol on many of the flags).

you r mistaken my dear friend. i havent been brought up in islamic way at all .. but i read alot to figure out things about my religion becoz i wanted to know what exactly it says .. and i always thought it just says do do do and dont do !! but i never asked my self about the reason till i found out that there are things that i never discovered till i read by my self and with my own effort . may i ask what religion are u following ?

@saaab100 That is good to hear. I am gratified to learn you still have a chance, though walking away from Islam might get you shunned or killed even by members of your own family. I too have read portions of the Qur'an, and have found it wanting. I have also looked in to the history of the religion, how it was founded, and even the religion that existed before Muhammad. My religion (if any) is quite inconsequential.

@IslamIsTheTruth99 Yes, but the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, all the patriarchs, and Jesus himeself is not "Allah" though you think it is. The historical references to Allah as a moon god are irrefutable. Long before Muhammad there were arab pagans who worshipped many gods and Allah was one of those "idols" located in Mecca at that time. Do your research.
