Ahh... when playing this I had such a hard time cause I would ALWAYS guess the wrong clone... so when my mom came in, she saw almost on the spot (or at least SEEMED to see) which one was different... made the fight SO much easier.

I just got so freakin' mad. I was battling the Crystal King, and he had 3 HP left. All I needed to do was use Sushie's Belly Flop to beat him. Battling him took 10 minutes. I left the room for 3 minutes, and my mom turned off the Wii. I don't know if I'll ever let this go.

@Munchlax263 I'm guessing you're young and new to RPGs, anyway if you want to kill him easily just use Sushies wave attack whenever he splits up, if you are dying fast then go back and defeat a bunch of enemies thats called grinding. You will level up and get stronger

@CMF2790 You're half right. I usually play Mario platformer games, but I'm still used to the RPG style. I actually fought so many enemies, I would only gain 1 Star Point for each one. My strategy was to use Sushie's Tidal Wave to defeat those little crystals when he spawns them, and use Star Storm when he splits. I tried again a couple hours ago, and beat him again.

Good god, the first time I played, I got so lost in the stage that I was ridiculously overleveled when I got to this guy; easy win. When I came back on another run, though... *shudder*

I know how to beat this guy easily! Give Mario stone cap. and let goombario charge for several turns. Remember, he only attacks Mario. Keep charging and unleash a Headbonk / Multibonk when you have charged up enough, if you want you could keep track. Try to charge goomabario as long as you can to make sure Crystal King doesn't heal himself.

This is kinda easy if you spam Charge with Goombario and keep healing both of you. Otherwise, it's really hard to do while blindly rushing into battle.

@KoopaNinj This boss gave me more trouble than Huff N'Puff personally. It depends on what your level up choices are. I was short on FP and BP so Huff's High damage attacks did little against me, but I had trouble clearing out CK's minions before he could heal himself with them.

@PopcornBunni That is true. lol, I had problems with HnP because of all those little clouds he summons, and I had low items too. CK's crystals weren't that bad though. I even distributed (hp,fp,bp) evenly.

Hey! I know how to beat this guy easily! use Goombario charge and plenty of attack items like Thunder Rage or Fire Flower. Do this for several turns and then Goombario attack(not charge)!

People way over rate his difficulty, he only healed twice against me. And his attacks aernt that powerful(the one where he clones himself and deals 8 damage is though) I beat on my first go. Huff N Puff is a lot harder
