So far 100% of people who try to give basic circle casting instruction say things like "call your corners/elemenets. Call the goddess (etc). Then to close, release them. No one gives an example of how to do just that. So far I've read and read for a year and a half and am still not sure or confident about how to accomplish this. It's really frustrating.

Flora, This was truly the most beautiful serene video. Thank you so much for sharing your peaceful ritual. I love to sit for a while when I do ritual by myself. Just sit on the earth and feel the elements around you, and become one with nature. I can only imagine how powerful it is to do ritual at the beach. Sadly I have not been to a beach in many, many years. I am hoping to get to the beach next summer and will have to take a moment to do my own ritual.

Wow! Two things:

1) when you called the western quarter, I noticed that the waves behaved differently. Did you call the element of water?

2) when you released the cone of power, the sun, all of a sudden shined soo much brighter!!
