I'm in love with jojoba oil, but I've been thinking about trying canola and safflower oils on my hair. Cheaper. My mom used Cisco when II was a kid. It worked.
@secretsandlies09 Canola has great benefits. When I discovered the benefits and the price, I jumped on it really quick. I have been using it for 6 months and my hair is super soft and easy to detangle. Safflower and sunflower oils are good too. I have a video about carrier oils, it may help you decide on what oil is right for you.
Are you still henna-ing? The color is so vibrant. My mom grew up in the late 1950s in the south and she said they would use whatever to add shine to their hair including cooking grease and pure mineral oil..I'm not ready for that yet but your hair looks beautiful as always..
Those curls are BEAUTIFUL!

@Bobbi705 Yes, I henna once a month. My Granny and Great granny use to use it too. They both had hair they could sit on.
