The problem with GOVERNMENT CONTROLLED net neutrality is that it takes away the free market aspect of ISP's. If one ISP does not let you view certain websites, you can change your ISP to one that does let you view the website and possibly negotiate a better deal because the new competitor wants your business away from the other.

dont know but you expect it to be Europe :) right? well then you are definetily wrong since we have a completly different law system, not to mention I just don't see the interconnection between US isps and EU isps... lastly US is one big country (federation but still) whereas in europe you have a bunch of countries (ofc you have the EU but they would rather stand on guard for the consumers...)
