Well done to all of you. It is obvious that your training is first-class, as can be seen from the fact that you didn't lose any firefighters to the blaze.

Unfortunately, the high level of civilian deaths perhaps points to a need for greater training of the general populace, perhaps at school level. I saw the video footage that was distributed free to 200,000 homes at the start of the season. The recent tragedy suggests that many people did not take the time to watch it.
