Both pac and tech are great artists, if pac was still alive we would be seeing plenty of collaborations with the two on it. Even pac would say tech is a legend, both are equally great artists, tupac is a bit better though. Tech gets personal on a lot of songs (like this one) but Pac talked more about the ghetto and the community than his own struggles. Two amazing rappers, no doubt, just kinda hard to compare them.
