  • HAHAHAHAHAHA... The girl never came back...

  • Really informative, thank you.

  • swim to bike no socks

    bike to run socks on

how she got them on and when?

  • @Johnandvanessa she has them on when she first pulls her feet out of the bike shoes.

  • Why hasn't anyone yet invented cycling shoes that you can also run with properly?

  • @mcr89x running shoes have to be the most debated topic for all sports. All cycling shoes have a stiff carbon fiber in sole too that doesn't allow flex. This is on purpose for transferring power. You want the opposite in a running shoe.

  • @mcr89x I am so going to design that and get rich.

  • @CortnerJ Noooooo! That was myyy idea now :D

  • @CortnerJ @mcr89x You need hard sole for cycling and it must be flexible for running. Explain how you are going to do that?

  • Great video on Bike to Run transition. You can save precious seconds by following the advice on this video.

  • why dont they just make quick tie shoes for everyone...Esp. old people and youngins.

  • At 2:14 she uses her right hand to unbuckle the right foot. At 2:16 she uses the same hand to release the left foot. Isn't that cross-over dangerous?

  • man shes in shape!!! that chick must work out like crazy

  • Is it better to wear socks or is it ok not to use them?

  • Well done. Even summed it up at the end.

  • "BEAUTIFUL" ha we all know wat he was thinking

  • credibility loss for wearing nike shoes

  • during a race where during the transition, is there always set spot where you supposed to put the bike or can you just drop it anywhere

  • it depends on the event your doing. if its a larger event such as the chicago triathlon they will most likely have racks for your bike. if its a smaller race then you may have to lean your bike up against a tree or just have it on the ground.

  • Thanks for the tips. Keep them coming please.

  • I know I probably sound really arrogant, but it just seems like too much time used. For me transitions could win or lose the race, so I was looking for a fast transition to watch.

  • I guess in Ironmans transitioning isn't exactly a make-or-break thing, but why would you tighten your laces during the race?

  • Excelent tip man, great video.

  • Great tips!

  • Nice. Thanks for the tips.
