It doesn't magically give you more ram. It un-allocates reserved memory other programs planned to use. This will in fact slow down your computer as the programs will use more pagefile memory (Hard-disk, Really slow) / have to re-cache.

On paper, it looks great, but the video creator has no idea what he is doing.

@gaaradabest1 RAM=random access memory...when your are doing many task all day or all night on your PC. it will be full..easy way is to Restart your PC..good as new.
