and hong? since remi, flan, and sakuya work there, Hong has to have some sort of occupation.

The song is almost certainly not in the database at jv44, and it's also not by SWING HOLIC (the only group I know of that does jazz remakes and isn't in that database). How did you come across this song? It's almost like it doesn't exist outside of this video.

Someone uploaded a collection of unsorted Touhou jazz songs a long time ago (forgot where I got it, though) and this song was one of them. You'e right, though; I couldn't find any info regarding the artist who did this arrange.
