Revision please. Keep the piano and move it center stage. Loose the DJ sounds. Apply the percussion without the rock beat. I know that's what the drummer might feel is right, but the percussive nature of the piece might be better served with a simpler arrangement of repetitive notes. Replace the lead guitarist or allow him to enter for two sets of eight measures where he can highlight some of the notes that we hear from the piano.
despite of shitty quality, this interpretation sounds really good and alive - that kind of things you can't say about great amount of music you hear nowadays...
Very good cover, indeed. For those with a simplistic view on minimalism - it's not ONLY based on a premise of using only one instrument. Really, what sort of primitive thinking is it?
don't know why people have given you negative feedback, i thought that was really good. i mostly like rock music but recently got into philip glass and some classical- but this sounded so good- getting beat back into it. and i like how you fastened the tempo near the end. good work.
No frills whatsoever. Simple. The less notes (as far as different is concerned) the better. Adding intruments (with their frills, especially the drum... pure frill) just adds notes. Unless of course they're just repeating themselves.... then it wouldn't be frilled, it'd just be bigger....

I agree that it's good, except the bad drumming.

It's not bad... maybe too rocky? It loses some of the Glass flow and character... But it's cool in a new way! Great work!

This adaption has the feel of "Osamu's Theme" on "Mishima". I'd recommend listening to that before complaining about whether this version works.

Very good. Easy idea, inspired execution: philip glass as post-rock.

Interesting idea but ultimately ends up sounding like bland trip hop IMO. I prefer the starkness of the original.

Nice cover. Thank god for the pianist, the rest of the band is virtually useless.

This is not a band. This is based on music by Philip Glass.

Where can I hear other music by this band?

I like it, but doesnt adding to it defeat the purpose of minimalism?

What purpose of minimalism? I love it.

Great version. And how nice to see the integration of "Brazil" from Terry Gilliam -- my favourite!

This is an awesome cover of this tune. Better sounding than the original by far for me. Killah!
