Since other scholors have found similar codes in other books I believe everyone is over looking the obvious. I believe a supreme power or force in the universe would send the codes through "ALL" sources and not just religious books like the torah and the bible. This seems obvious to me. This would also be proof that there is a REAL influence flowing through the universe that could be called God and/or a supreme powerful force that direct all that is !
@TucoRamirez2 This is a crucial point. If we were trying thousands of topics using thousands of search methods (which is what a "jet engine" would do), then we would expect to find a few interesting-seeming things, but because of the massive searching going on, those results would not in fact be remarkable. But look at what is actually done. The simplest patterns (parallel and collinear), documented now for years, are used to search for only the highest-relevance topics (such as God's Names).
@codelights Sir, with all due respect, I do believe that he meant that the sound quality was bad. I myself have to agree; it sounded like a jet engine was flying around in the room next door to you, lol. Well, maybe that's a bit exaggerated., but you get my point....
in my belief, there's a simple method to prove. Using the same computing time, try to find qualitatively IMPORTANT prohecies in both bible and mobydick. Say if bible comes up with twintowers and assinationJFK, whereas Mobydick Bullschampionship and Superbowl, though mathematics will show nothing surprising here since both came up with two true prohecies, but human qualitative understanding will see that all important prophecies are inside bible not moby dick within same computing time.
@thegreatestchallenge We do see some amazing things from a qualitative point of view, and if one studies the whole set of results on major events such as the twin towers, or the Names of Hashem, one can see that both the qualitative and quantitative aspects are not anything approaching "normal". We emphasize the quantitative because that is measurable and reportable in scientific journals and conferences, but we certainly notice the qualitative with great interest.
Hey, just wondering if the words for something like twin tower or some other object were modern hebrew words. I ask because if there is a mix of modern hebrew and biblical hebrew this would be very interesting to say the least.
@vicambulatorious Yes, there are many modern words found in codes, such as the word for airplane among the words found in a twin towers cluster (the words were chosen for our search because they all appeared in the main headline of Maariv newspaper in Israel on Sept 12. This is one of the 3 largest Hebrew language newspapers. This result is documented in one of the peer-reviewed papers that is posted on our site "torahcodes" (but you must put "net" on the end of the address, not "com" etc).
@codelights Achi, this shows something extraordinary. Some would argue that the codes authenticity could only be validated by using biblical Hebrew words. However, since there are modern Hebrew words in these searches which are included in such sequences, does this not show that God knows the end from the beginning? Quite amazing to say the least.
@vicambulatorious Yes, that seems to be one of the main messages of the codes in my opinion as well. At least He knows all possibilities, but in a mysterious way we all still have free choice, and can rise to great heights if we choose wisely.
@vicambulatorious As codelights said, yes there can be found many modern words in codes like twin towers. There are also many other examples, for example "space shuttle Columbia", even (!!) with graphical image of the spaceshuttle, showing fire on the left wing of spaceshuttle and this all illustrated with hebrew letters (encoded) in Torah ( torahcodes[dot]net/columbia[dot]html ). Or about "Tsunami in Asia", "Bin Laden", "Annapolis Conference", even about "Wikipedia" and many more.
@enlightenment2u From the video author: Yes, on my site we explain that the whole point of the research is to compare the Torah to other texts. That is in fact how we arrive at the statistical odds. For example, if an equally compact code appears only once every 10,000 texts tested, then the odds are 1:10,000. Of course the key words must be chosen in a completely objective way, and any and all freedoms of choice must be equally permitted in the comparison texts.
Also, I want to re-state that the purpose of the codes, in my opinion, is "just" to lead us to study and re-study the original text of the Torah, to know that a Higher Being was behind the Torah's (and universe's) creation and its ongoing unfolding, and to know that nothing can compare to this Being. If one studies the codes with very careful attention, one sees that the very particular kinds of pre-established repeating patterns found in Torah have not and can not be found in any other text.
@terminatesin Thank you for asking. The earthquake code, and so many other predictions that are published (by people not connected to our research), are typically not calculated correctly and are insignificant and/or very misleading. These kinds of non-codes can give the legitimate research a bad name. On my web site's "essential introduction" section I spell out requirements for valid codes.
As the video's author, I'm taking a rare break from the research to announce even simpler examples - see my site - the newest evidence section, "God3" page, addresses laymen who wish to examine the simple facts. If you are very persistent you can check it yourself. If you avoid the rumors, and examine all of the comments of the pro and con "experts" extremely carefully, there is a great light waiting for you.
As a Bible college graduate who aced 2 years of Hebrew language, I watched this video, focusing closely on the 2:27 mark where columns of letters are formed into a matrix, of sorts. I paused the video to look up in my exhaustive Hebrew dictionary, each of the 'words' in the left column. Sadly, none of these 'words' are actually real Hebrew words, nor do they conform to Hebrew syntax. In other words, gibberish, an order of which is not found in the Torah. Prove me wrong if you think you can.
Simple clarifications from the author: the colors in this chart indicate that 2 of the words overlap (M$W$, joy, and $MXY, rejoice). The English translation indicates that the words run either up the page or down (M$W$ goes up). We dont claim these words form a sentence, only that they are related and clustered (and repeated in other codes). Most important, all 3 of these words occur in Biblical language ($MXY - see Zechariah 2:14; M$W$ - Isaiah 66:10; HM$YX - throughout Samuel, etc).
Thank you Rabbi. Can you also look into the Psalms, I heard that each Chapter represents the years we are in now. Exaple, Chapter 1 is 1901 chapter 48 is 1948, chapter 1919 is Albert Eisteins theory of Relativity. ect. 2012 may be interesting. Prophecy in the Psalms. look into it for me and confirmyour finds please. Thanx
I would like to suggest that these code people look at something else. Like. Where do the folks who think that the 9/11 attacks. Was an inside job of the US Government. I think if they come up with something there, well, that just couldnt be a cowincadence, now could it?
The problem with this is, mathematically, EVERYTHING can be found, if only you had the processor to handle. It is virtually impossible for your full name and dob to be there; eventually, the process of skipping letters will find it. It might take years, but it's there. It's also in ANY large book....
Of course there's the question of using a nummber system of base 10. Maybe a number system of base 12 would give you a different "Pi" to work with.
Anyways, I could go on and on. Interesting video. I have to admit that I'm a little bit envious that I don't have the resources or knowledge of hebrew to try "code cracking" too. Mind you, there's something that sounds a little bit blasphamous about that. God doesn't fall short in code making. He reveals. So I hope more will be revealed to you.
The winning lottery numbers are probably encoded in the bible. The winners name is probably encoded in there too and crosses the winning numbers or something (or is alongside, in line with it, etc, etc). So, to answer your question, all we need is to get those two pieces of information. But, by the time you have the information, it'll probably be too late...otherwise I'd love to get half of the winnings, lol.
Especially since a circle kind of represents perfection (so, in this case, God). I'm not sure how this could really be incorporated into the search for codes. But what if you tried using every number found in Pi and skip only that many letters. Since Pi is 3.141592....then maybe you could try 3 spaces, then 1, then 4 then 1 then 5 spaces, etc, etc. I wouldn't know what letter to start with, but what if you tried all of them?
Try this. Lets us assume that the number 3 is a hint. Let us assume it represents both 3D and 3 digits. Thus from this we would construct a 3 dimensional image. The first point in our image would be located at ( X, 141 ), then ( Y, 592), and then ( Z, 653 ). The second point would be located at ( X, 589 ), then ( Y, 793 ), and then ( Z, 238 ), and so on using as many digits as we can to add more detail to the 3D picture.
I think I kinda get what you're saying. INteresting. Imagine if these 3D images took the form of letters, that would really comlicate things further, lol. One question would be about which axis would be which? How would you program a computer to find "3D images"? How would all this fit into statistics? How would you answer skeptics? Mathematically speaking, why stop at 3 dimentions? Why not 4? or 5? or 7? So many possibilities, we just need more time and brains....and Holy Spirit, lol.
People only stumbled on this code. No one has told us the rules to unlock it. I understand that there must be a lot of question when lookng for the codes: like how many spaces to use, what letter to start with, etc, etc. But if we're to suspect that God is the originator of the code, why not use something mathimatically found in nature? What about geometry? Like the number for Pi? I know the decimals continue forever, but to my gut feelings, there's something very interesting about that.
the diffence in going from 0 to 1 is so much more impressive than going from 1 to infinity. Going from 0 to 1 means you went from having nothing to having something. Going from 1 to infinity isn't as impressive because you are going from having somehting to having more. Where am I going with all this? Well, you and I exist, but we didn't always. So, in a sense, we went from 0 to 1. But skeptics will never be satisfied because they tell themselves that they'll "believe" once they reach infinity.
I personally believe in God, and so hearing that interesting code are being found in the words dictated to Moses doesn't blow my mind. I find it funny that some people may choose to accept that there exists a God ONLY if this cod ecould be proven true. Isn't the fact that everything exists proof enough? Here we are using math to unlock and prove hidden codes; but mathimatically speaking, isn't there an infinitly greater diferrence between zero and one than there is between one and infinity?
"Isn't the fact that everything exists proof enough?"
Precisely. Matter, like energy, cannot be created from nothing. I think the pseudo-scientists who promote this ludicrous notion that the universe began with nothing (and then exploded) should cut back on the fluoridated water. What's really sad is most people believe them.
