Wow, I've seen a bunch of bronchs before but these lungs looks so pink and healthy! How old were you when you got this done?

Yeah, I smoked pot a lot in high school and have smoked cigarettes but quite a few years before this was done.

Wow! That's for sharing. It looks crazy in there, I had no idea it looked like that. I'm getting this done tomorrow for a lung granuloma caused by a possible fungus...looking forward to it.

It's a pretty mellow procedure. A bit uncomfortable but more interesting than scary. Ask to see the monitor while it's happening. Tis a good distraction.

@sfinnegan56 Oh it's okay. It was horrible because of before when they were putting me to sleep. They had to numb my throat and all. It was very very uncomfortable to swallow my saliva, which just kept coming no matter how much the sucky thing they put in my mouth sucked up saliva. Basically the numbing of the throat is what made it horrible. If I didn't feel that at all, then I would say it wasn't so bad.

The alveoli are too little of course, no possibility to show them. It´s a bronchoscopie - you can see in both lungs with the camera through the bronchial "tree"...

I had bronchiectasis of my right middle lobe. They removed it. I don't think this video shows it though. Not sure.

No.  It is a little uncomfortable but they numb you up pretty good.
