I love you guys! My brother tells me your company has THE BEST customer service of any company he's dealt with. I think I'm going to get this Gaggia for Illy Plus! All the reviews I've read are saying the crema is out of this world. ;)
how long does it take to steam the milk? would it work to steam the milk first and THEN pull espresso shots, or does it have to go in a certain order? the whole water-in-the-wand thing is confusing me a bit...
Great video. Lots of great info. Based on it, I just bought the Gaggia for illy Plus from you guys. It uses the iper capsule for a no muss, no fuss, perfect cup of espresso for about $.70 cents a cup. It brews shot after shot without breaking a sweat. I had a party the other night and pulled 7 espressos in a row. It's an amazing little machine.
I received mine 2 weeks ago. I cheated and ordered a reconditioned one from Amazon. It lost its prime once but I opened the wand as instructed in the instructions to resume normal operation. Real good poured over icecream.
I just wished I could get the capsuls at my local grocer.
