Hi there! Yes it is - as all silicone based skins are due to natural hand oils attaching to the skin first and then the rest adhering to it. It's always prudent to wash these skins from time to time and that's an easy process.

@DayDealOnDisplay Thank you, i bought the case after all. I ordered a few higher grade Silicone cases from ebay, but when i got them i really didnt like them. This case feels a little bit better thank you for your help.
