stupid system !! driver kurang ajar bila monthly tak dapat dibaca oleh

scanner nya. stupid KL tolong perbetulkan korang punya sistem, mesin

dan bagi latihan secukupnya pada drebar dan ajar mereka bagaimana

nak sopan santun !!!

Twice. I touched on the "Bit sekali masuk "reader,RM 3 was deducted from the card ( I always have some money in my card). And I am paying RM 100 for monthly pass. The driver said money won't be deducted but money was deducted. I am using this card for both monthly pass and pay toll / monorel.

WHY don't RapidKL give proper training . before

launching a product ? Tell me, what should I do if

the bus has no Rapidpass reader ? Why is that none

of the drivers know about RapidPass ?

Rapidpass (RM100)reader was not found. I pressed card

on the " Bit sekali masuk " reader. It said" SIla tambah wang " the driver got angry.I said this is Rapidpass RM 100, he dont understand.

I use touch n go for as Rapidpass and also for toll.

so I always have balance for toll also. The driver

ask me to add money to the card as it had 2.90.

If the bus has no Rapidpass reader, what should I do ?
