Excellent song choice, and very good clippage for only having 2 eps (it would be interesting to redo it with more footage as the episodes come out).

It's interesting that the books apparently are pro-Blair, but Josh has made the show all about Serena. Feh, I'm with Blair...Serena wouldn't even have come back if it wasn't for Eric, the World's Most Cheerful Suicidal Kid. (Seriously, wtf?). Go Team Blair!

trust me the books are way more pro-serena than the show. i actually think that they're focusing it more on blair than in the book.

Really, i always thought the books made Serena out to be kinda whore-ish, like she was never really in a steady relationship like in the show and slept around and never really seemed to care about Blair, like she got with Nate more in the books. In the show Serena is sweet and with Dan for most of it, when in the book she wasn't even with him for that long.

I like Serena the whore, Jenny the almost nameless (not as important), Dan the druggy starving artist, Nate the guy TOTALY caught between two best friends (gorgeous girls) Blair the insecure who loves Nate and is jealous of Serena, Chuck the scum (still is in the show but I like him better as a TOTAL scum-bag) and becoming gay. All that I miss! BUT I still watch the show religiously but they're very different! Thwy're ALMOST seperate

i actually thought the books were way more pro blair, because she's basically the main character. In the book the make serena so slutty that blair almost always comes out of it looking better than her. plus, blair isn't as bitchy in the books.
