As a lifelong Democrat, it saddens me to say that Obama and Barney Frank - along with Dodd - all agreed months ago - indeed weeks ago - that Fannie/Freddie were in fine shape. Truth is, the Republicans had been calling for more regulation and warning about reckless lending practices of Fannie/Freddie for sometime. (BTW, whats wrong with Barney Frank? Why does he talk like Elmer Fudd?)

It's a line from an old television show called "Fantasy Island."

Opening credits for Fantasy Island, a 70's TV show where people live out their fantasies on a magical island, showed Tattoo, the sidekick of the owner of the island calling "The plane! The plane!" to his boss, alerting him that the guests were arriving. Tattoo was played by Herves Villicheaz (sp?) who was a dwarf. Frank was poking fun at McHenry's height as well as his idiocy.
