out of a job and will burn in hell this makes me wanna be a lawyer to stop nonsense like this they went on a child having dragon and dungeon theme stuff in his room MY GOD you go on that every teen be in prison and that is not enough they arrested his friends in there own house just because he. had a knife.they tough was the murder weapon and the fact they lied to him saying her blood was in her room and all the other lies. if I spoke my full mind on this it would not fit on youtube
I'm watching the movie now and all I can say is the devil is running our law system accusing a CHILD of murder of his own sister the poor little boy had no other choice but to lie and say he murdered her what would you do they caused him to have a nervous melt down and for that there asses should be put away for child abuse I'm glad they got a lawsuit and I hope Michael gets a big hunk of it...And that I like to know that the ass holes are--
This case is one of psychological torture of a juvenile. They are one of the most vulnerable population in the area of false confessions. DNA exonerations are bringing this problem to our consciousness. Giving a false confession is counterintuitive to us all, it is more common than you think. Coercive interrogation tactics are part of the problem, the Reid technique in particular. Don't think it can't happen to you or someone you know. Fact is confession evidence is more powerful than DNA evi
@A4Khan1 Actually even if he said what he said that he killed her sister, they can still get a dismiss of evidence during interrogation, forgot whats that called in law lol even though im interested, this is because the kid did not understand the right since the police never told him the rights
@SEXYDollface90 uhm they found evidence that points to someone else..they put michael as a prime suspect cause of his confessions that he made b.c he was intensely interrogated. I think you're a really, really dumb, uneducated person. Look up "false confessions" please :) kthx bye
Their basis for go after him, was how he seemed unaffected by the murder. Well everyone grieves their own way. He is just the sort of kid who internalizes his grief. I am the same way. It's probably not the healthiest way, but that is one form of dealing with grief. They harassed this kid and forced him to confess because they were intent on convicting him, no matter how wrong they are. What they did to Michael was child abuse.
Cops lie. They will say anything to get you to say what they want and get a notch on their arrest record. Anything you say, even if it is the truth can be twisted in ways you can't imagine. This is why you need attorneys.
@SEXYDollface90 Different people express their pain in different ways. DNA already confirmed another killer. The police were out to get a confession and not discover the truth. He was already proven innocent.
@SEXYDollface90 Everyone grieves in their own way. He could be the type of child who internalizes pain and grief and tries to remain strong and unaffected for the sake of his sanity and his family. Take a course on Children and Death and you would learn this. All evidence points to someone else. DNA, eyewitness accounts, and strange behavior all pointed to someone else. How can he be guilty if evidence, especially DNA evidence pointed entirely to someone else and not him.
@thathockeychick23 I would think shock would also play into the way he was behaving, I'm sure when something like this happens, it may not sink in rght away that it is actually happening with something that horrible, if that makes sense
And this is the problem with our Illuminati justice system! They consider all of us law abiding citizens to be criminals who haven't been caught yet, meanwhile they treat REAL criminals like victims! They spend the most crucial time investigating the family while the real killers get further and further away. When will people wake up! Our elitist government hates us and wants us all dead, that's why they are destroying our constitution as well as our justice and economic system! They want a NWO!
wow... did they just like throw away the hair that was found in her hand? that would for sure direct investigators to the killer! she must have tried to fight back and her only weapon was her hands! but then again.. a smart killer could always frame. and they should have tested for any semen found in her body.
@mike1l6 You do know, don't you, that another individual, named Richard Tuit, was arrested, tried, and convicted for the murder of Staphanie Crow? I would hope that you're not suggesting that Michael Crow should just be executed for a whim of yours, are you?

Boy the cop being consulted is a shocker! He's a keystone cop with the power of an executioner - and thinks he has the insight of a god.
cinesimonj 4 months ago
This is why you always ask for an attorney, once you do that the police are supposed to stop the interrogation immediately.
pboisei 4 months ago
@pboisei They often ignore the request for an attorney - especially with vulnerable people and when they're not being recorded.

Michael has the right to remain silent and he is innocent till proven guilty. Too bad he was only 14 y.o to know his rights.

RIP Stephanie Crow. And I know cops were trying to do the right thing, but all they did was add a shit load of salt to the family's wounds.
