For example, both places will be good and perfect. Another similarity is that God will have very close contact with us. He walked in the garden and some day he will live among his people like that again. Revelations 21 tells about it.

The Garden of Eden may have been a beautiful place, But the bible tells of an unimaginable place, where the streets are lined with gold, and the gates are made of pearls more beautiful than anything on Earth, and where we may walk and talk with our Creator, who's presence we are not worthy to be in, but are allowed to because of His grace.

i love it when any of the worship leaders do this song. But jon thurlow does do it very amazingly. lol. BUT i love it when they do cannons soooo good. And at fascinate Laura Hackett did Divine Romance. Yeah it was epic. But yes ihop.org...it just might change your life...
Phil Wickham is definately one of the most talented artists there are, and the fact that he is a devoted, born again Christain makes it 100,000x better!
I saw him live at Countryside Christain Center about a year or so back... maybe a little more, when he was performing songs from his "Cannons" album, and it was simply awesome.
His new CD consists of 12 amazing songs, every one is great, and some of the best Christian music available.

I live in New York City and I was at the Phoenix (Mesa) concert when I was there for a vacation. The whole concert was very good. The show was well put together. Not sure where they are going next, but if they are going somewhere near you, I would say don't miss it.

Now my views on my religion, growing up in a very religious catholic home.
I have been very religious throughout my life but... still as I have grown older and less ignorant to science and other things. It's become apparent that all of my beliefs were probably untrue. It's hard to believe but... how can you disprove science. You cannot say it is work of the devil, if it saves lives. Have you ever questioned? What if one day you die and there is nothing. Just speaking my mind.
its ok to think like that sometimes! we all have! But may i ask, if science is so real, then how is it that our earth is so perfectly in place that if we were only a few feet closer wed burn up by the suns heat, but if we were a few feet away, then wed freeze to death. Scientists have agreed with this fact but believe that it all happened by change, i think only ONE person can do that, thats God :)
now, I can argue with that. Science almost proves that the universe is infinite, but HAS proved that millions of galaies and hundreds of millions of stars in each gallaxy exist. Now, we may be one of the thousands, or millions hat have habbitable sercumstances. But I'm semi-religious, I believe in God and Heaven and Hell. And dissagreewith the "Big Bang Theory" but, there's always that posibility. The universe is just one massive roulette real and having a "living planet" is the green square

@blompy2 well the big bang theory really does make alot of sense. if our universe is expanding, and it is proven that it is, then at one point in time all of the galaxies must have been at one point in the universe, all huddled together. and massive blob of energy. as that energy built up it created a massive explosion sending millions of tiny bits of matter flying in every direction. our universe is 3.75 ±0.17 billion years old. alot can happen in all of that time. something to think about.

It all comes down to this, there was never nothing, how could there be? how can an explosion come from complete nothingness? Where did the "blob of energy" come from? So surly its perfectly plausible to say Someone/something that has always been ( aka God ) created it? My opinion of course but science just seems too narrow minded, if it doesnt seem to fit with its own "rules" its just dismissed.

i love it when any of the worship leaders do this song. But jon thurlow does do it very amazingly. lol. BUT i love it when they do cannons soooo good. And at fascinate Laura Hackett did Divine Romance. Yeah it was epic. But yes ihop.org...it just might change your life...

Phil Wickham is definately one of the most talented artists there are, and the fact that he is a devoted, born again Christain makes it 100,000x better!
I saw him live at Countryside Christain Center about a year or so back... maybe a little more, when he was performing songs from his "Cannons" album, and it was simply awesome.
His new CD consists of 12 amazing songs, every one is great, and some of the best Christian music available.
Keep up the excellent work Phil! and God Bless!

i love this song, i went to a christian confrence in florida calvary chapel, and every time we had worship he came and played, i got him to sign my shoe:), haha and then on the second to last night, he and leeland played a concert:) he is sooo amazing!!! he is truely an acoustic genius Btw, he helped me catchafire again:)))

I live in New York City and I was at the Phoenix (Mesa) concert when I was there for a vacation. The whole concert was very good. The show was well put together. Not sure where they are going next, but if they are going somewhere near you, I would say don't miss it.

Even though I am only 14 i grasp the message in this song. If it wasn't for my boyfriend, Veniece I would have never turned back to God. I love this song so much and the blessings God has given me that I am singing this song in honor of our heavenly father at a talent show. I thank God for everything.

Until humans truly understand eternity (which they never will) they cannot grasp God from a scientific approach. To experience God you must drop all your assumptions and explanations and open your mind.
Humans think of everything in terms of chronology. God created time to govern us when he separated the day from the night. Nothing governs God. Science cannot disprove nor prove God because God isn't governed by science.
Open your mind and free your soul. Forget about nonsensical arguments.

Great song.
Now my views on my religion, growing up in a very religious catholic home.
I have been very religious throughout my life but... still as I have grown older and less ignorant to science and other things. It's become apparent that all of my beliefs were probably untrue. It's hard to believe but... how can you disprove science. You cannot say it is work of the devil, if it saves lives. Have you ever questioned? What if one day you die and there is nothing. Just speaking my mind.

its ok to think like that sometimes! we all have! But may i ask, if science is so real, then how is it that our earth is so perfectly in place that if we were only a few feet closer wed burn up by the suns heat, but if we were a few feet away, then wed freeze to death. Scientists have agreed with this fact but believe that it all happened by change, i think only ONE person can do that, thats God :)

now, I can argue with that. Science almost proves that the universe is infinite, but HAS proved that millions of galaies and hundreds of millions of stars in each gallaxy exist. Now, we may be one of the thousands, or millions hat have habbitable sercumstances. But I'm semi-religious, I believe in God and Heaven and Hell. And dissagreewith the "Big Bang Theory" but, there's always that posibility. The universe is just one massive roulette real and having a "living planet" is the green square

@blompy2 well the big bang theory really does make alot of sense. if our universe is expanding, and it is proven that it is, then at one point in time all of the galaxies must have been at one point in the universe, all huddled together. and massive blob of energy. as that energy built up it created a massive explosion sending millions of tiny bits of matter flying in every direction. our universe is 3.75 ±0.17 billion years old. alot can happen in all of that time. something to think about.

@Glog25 to be honest, i dont see how it makes any more sense then what the bible says happened. It all comes down to this, there was never nothing, how could there be? how can an explosion come from complete nothingness? Where did the "blob of energy" come from? So surly its perfectly plausible to say Someone/something that has always been ( aka God ) created it? My opinion of course but science just seems too narrow minded, if it doesnt seem to fit with its own "rules" its just dismissed.

@Glog25 Which is where both our beliefs collide, the beginning of it all, science cannot explain the beginning any more clearly than the bible does, its a concept beyond our understanding. Personally, if i didnt know, and had to choose, i'd choose the option that has hope and gives life meaning and purpose. After all, what is there to lose if im wrong? Nothing is the answer..:)

I think everyone has there own opinion & you guys are just voicing yours.But there is confliction that the book of Genesis is a story with an underlying meaning. The book 'The Origin of the species' by Charles Darwin proves it.Humanity began millions of years before Eden. u would no that If u read the Bible contextually. u would also see that the whole book of Genesis contradicts the scientific thruth Darwin studied.But again that is just my opinion, no one needs to agree with it.

Alright, i agree that its just a theory. But no matter there is scientific proof that humans were around a long time before the bible was created. And that isnt a theory. Humans evolving from apes, is a theory. yes I agree. But its all we have. Someone had enough balls to stand up and say what he thought was the truth. Scientists today have taken that theory and expanded on it. Whether you choose to beeve it is up to you.
