I'm having trouble spinning on my hand. I can't seem to find the right spot to spin on. My body moves in the correct motion and spins but my hand does not follow and often jams. Can anybody help me please?

I'm going to teach you how to do 90's. The way you go into it is really important. First pull back your foot and bring your hand in. I want you to try to do a spinning handstand. First spin your hands around, keeping your head as the center-point, and trying not to bend your legs or close up. Now shift your weight towards the hand that will become your axis of rotation. Bend your fingers and extend your arm to spin. Also Keep your body and head straight, and attach your head to your arm.

my friend is able to do both 2000 and 90s. ive asked him many times as he was leaning them which was easier. he claims 2000 are easier as its naturally easier to stay in a vertical straight position when both hands are extended above your head. but that is just his experience.

you're wrong. 2000's are way easier because you're using 2 hands to support your body, not just one like in the 1990.

Actually they are harder, because you have one less arm to balance with.

It's easier depending on the person. 1990's are easier for me because I can lock my spinning arm, while 2000's you have to have your elbows at a slight angle to have them directly over your head while spinning.
