I had the misfortune of knowing David Johnston at University of Waterloo. When David Johnston was appointed there, I thought he'd be good, but I was extremely wrong. I believe David Johnston was the worst university president imaginable. David Johnston will be a horrible governor general & is the last person who should have been appointed to this position. All Canadians should be extremely ashamed to have David Johnston as governor general.

@Slavestorms - There is nothing wrong with Institutions and Offices, including the Crown, Governors General, Kings and Queens. There is something with the average citizen being too stupid to know what they are, how to use them, and how to detect the scum so we don't elect them!
