The class I'm thinking of and the class shes thinking of is very different. Shes talking about societal rank. I'm talking about class as a behavior (manners, respect etc.)

In the sense I'm speak of, Caroline Kennedy has lots of class.

Sarah Palin has none. So catty and malicious. Who is she to trash all these interviewers? She just blacklisted her public persona even more.

So let's say, for the sake of argument, that there are media, class or whatever biases. None of those biases, once generously accounted for, can explain away the colossal stupidity and lack of personal responsibility Sarah Palin brings to her own public image. Honestly, all the stuff she complains about are second order effects compared to her imbecility. Between her and Joe the Plumber, I don't know which of them is the smellier, mangier publicity mongrel.

While I think there is a class bias I don't think that's the reason Palin got such a bad rap. Republicans use "class" in a totally dishonest way to get the working class to work against their own interest.
