The main purpose of any businesses is to Create and Keep customers.. The question to you would be if you dont delight or exicte your customer, would they continue to do business with you?? To me Marketing is and will be all about making customer to love and talk about your products, the rest WOM will do for free, ideas spread if they are worth talking about..
