I say it's bad as the pitch is wrong in the sound. I could live with the mono sound but playing games like Streets Of Rage or Sonic and the music is so off compared to a real Megadrive/Genesis.

When you keep saying the sound is "bad" you're talking about the fact that it's mono instead of stereo right? Not, like it's "emulated badly" or something (like I've seen some Genesis emulators where the sound is like atari 2600 or something, it's distorted).
