  • cool

  • I found this part on sale at Retrocycle for around $322. Go to Retrocycle and search for motoscope.

  • too expensive

  • it's all relative

  • Hello Mr King..Its your favourite Borg here :)

    I want one of these........

  • The guys at the Honda shop are telling me its just an overpriced metric bike assembled here in the USA ??? They say I can buy several different parts for various Honda models that will fit these bikes

  • And when was the last time you believed anything that you heard at a Honda dealer? Jeez.

It's an easy snipe on the basis of the spanners needed being metric, but the fact that you can bolt aftermarket parts made for Jap cruisers to a Victory doesn't make it a Honda.

The Victory was designed and is built in America: if there's any foreign influence in its development, it came from England not Japan.

Good idea for you: ride one and then make an informed decision of your own.

  • Don't get your panties in a bunch fella, who's knocking Harleys?

What is the problem in other motorcycles existing, and surely it can only be good that there is another American manufacturer producing an alternative for those who don't like Harleys for whatever reason rather than buying elsewhere.

Why would Victory want to beat them? Emulate their success, sure, but why beat them? Polaris could probably buy them.

    Are you really that dumb?

BTW, I ride this, a Shovel and a Buell.

  • fast idel lever

does he mean a choke lol

  • No, he means a fast idle lever.

A choke enrichens the fuel mix by reducing the air in relation to the fuel, and runs a cold motor rich until it warms through.

A fast idle lever raises the tickover without affecting the fuel mix: leaving that to the EFI. If you set idle lever right, you can just about use it as a lever throttle / cruise control.

    ROFL

  • errrrm, ok, my bike doesnt have one of those

  • pwned.

  • where did u buy this at???

  • Sory, didn't see you there. you can get them from motogadget's website, but also now through the Custom Chrome catalogue - or at least you can in the european one, not sure about the American one.
