probably one of the reasons your guac. IS so good is 'cause the produce is pretty local. traveling vegetables are usually not as tasty as the kind that come from close by...

for instance, those avocados looked amazing, and the avocados I can find in my local grocery (in Montana) NEVer look that good. i'm usually disappointed.
